J F Hull has operated from the beginning on the principles  of providing a professional construction service of the highest level, of seeking projects which require a high degree of engineering and construction skill and of being considerate of our staff, suppliers and subcontractors.

We now see the result of this approach with our success in being selected for alliance or sole invitee projects. We maintain a core of long term staff, many with over 15 years service and some over 30 years.

While we maintain our professional standards all our people are invited to contribute and we recognise that many of the best ideas originate from those who do the work in the field.

We maintain a regular group of long term suppliers and subcontractors who we look on as partners in our business.

J F Hull now has a workforce over 85 strong in a diverse array of projects that include:   

     -  Construction of bridges, roads, and rail infrastructure

     -  Water and sewage treatment plants

     -  Wharves and jetties

     -  Major structural concrete projects

We own and operate equipment including 5 cranes, 2 excavators, and 2 backhoes,  as well as specialist equipment such as falsework bridges for work over water and launching trusses to erect heavy bridge girders.

We operate with an associate company to produce structural steel and extensively use steel formwork designed in house to produce high quality work with reduced labour cost.
